Teacher Trainings

Inside-Out Pilates is proud to offer The Pilates Sports Center Teacher Training Program. The PSC program is internationally recognized with a cutting edge approach to Teacher Training. Inside-Out Pilates, an affliliate of PSC, offers a comprehesive curriculum that entails a classical and progressive approach, the only program of this kind.

Small class sizes offer an experiential and academic setting to accommodate a full mat and apparatus venue with a well structured and photographic manual. Unique to this training is the integration of anatomy throughout the course work, making it accessible and applicable to the Pilates repertory.

Upon completion of the Pilates Training Program, you will be prepared to take the PMA Pilates Certification exam, if you desire.

This all-inclusive 450+hour course includes:

  • Fundamentals (Nuts and Bolts Course), Mat Repertory, Cadillac/Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector, Ladder Barrel
  • Client assessment and alignment protocol
  • Anatomy, terminology, and biomechanics taught in an interactive environment
  • Small apparatus skills: magic circle, rotating discs, balance on a wobble board
  • Verbal and tactile cueing skills
  • Attitude, confidence and composure of a competent instructor
  • Study etiquette and equipment safety
  • Ethics and scope of practice
  • Understanding specific injuries/dysfunctions and special circumstances

Full tuition: $5,200.00 (Fundamentals, Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair)

Non-refundable deposit: $500.00 (comes out of tuition)

This is a 450+hours course, including classroom time, observation hours, self-integration hours, practice teaching hours, and anatomy thesis project and an assessment project.
